Get Started

Visit our Health Insurance Accepted by UCLA Health page to see what health insurance plans we accept, or connect with a customer care specialist weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm.

The choice is easy. Choose coverage including UCLA Health doctors and hospitals.

During open enrollment period, you have the opportunity to select a health plan that gives you access to UCLA Health, one of the most comprehensive and advanced health care systems in the world. Our integrated network includes primary and specialty care services available at more than 280 clinics across Southern California and the Central Coast.

Explore your options and choose the coverage that best fits your needs. Don’t miss out – enroll before the deadline.

What’s the deadline?

  • Open Enrollment runs nationally from Nov. 1 – Jan. 15, 2025. (You must enroll by Dec. 15 for coverage that starts on Jan. 1, 2025.)
  • Medicare Open Enrollment runs from Oct. 15 – Dec. 7, 2024.
  • Covered California Open Enrollment runs from Nov. 1 – Jan. 31, 2025.
  • Employer-Sponsored Insurance: If you get insurance through your employer, check with HR for open enrollment dates.  Many start around Nov. 1, but timing can vary.

If you miss the deadline, you can only make a switch if you go through a “qualifying event,” such as switching jobs, getting married or having a baby.
